About these terms

Last updated: 23 October 2026

These terms cover Court15.com, Court15 Membership and the early-list promotion described below. Court15 is operated by C15 Sports Projects Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16734888, at 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. Contact hello@court15.com.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information. Joining the free early list does not purchase a membership or authorise a payment.

Website and accounts

You must be at least 18 to create an account or buy a membership. Keep your account details accurate, protect your login and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Use Court15 lawfully. Do not impersonate others, misrepresent qualifications, post unlawful or harmful material, send spam, upload malware, interfere with the service or scrape personal information.

A free Court15 account and directory listing are separate from paid membership. You can create a coach, club or academy profile without buying membership. A public listing is not required to join the membership. Both services use the same Court15 account and login.

You retain ownership of content you submit and give us permission to host, display and reproduce it as needed to operate and promote your listing on Court15. Only submit content you have the right to share, including any necessary permission from people pictured. Information you publish in a public profile can be seen and copied by others. You are responsible for its accuracy. We may remove content or restrict an account for unlawful activity or a material breach of these terms; where practical, we will explain the issue and allow it to be corrected.

Court15 branding, design and our own content remain our or our licensors’ intellectual property. Do not reuse them commercially without permission. Listings and third-party links do not guarantee qualifications, suitability, availability or results. Check a provider’s credentials and the terms of any service you arrange with them.

Court15 Membership

Membership is open worldwide to adults aged 18 or over, for professional or personal use. Each subscription covers one named person, including a nominated club or academy representative. It does not include team seats, extra staff logins or the right to share member-only access.

The standard price is £150 per year in GBP. C15 Sports Projects Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Membership renews automatically every year until cancelled. The price and any eligible discount are shown before you pay. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion charges if you pay from outside the UK.

An eligible 10% first-year offer reduces the initial annual payment to £135. It applies only to eligible recipients using their assigned offer or code. It is not a general discount for every member. Codes are linked to the recipient’s email, are single use and apply to one person’s first membership year only. The standard annual renewal price is £150, unless changed with the notice described below.

Paid access begins after your payment is confirmed and linked to your Court15 account. Your account and confirmation show your membership period and renewal details. You authorise annual recurring charges until you cancel renewal. We will send a reminder at least 30 days before annual renewal. Keep your account email current.

Any increase in the annual membership price takes effect only at renewal, with at least 30 days’ advance notice. It does not change the price of a period you have already paid for. You can cancel renewal before the new charge is due.

If a renewal payment fails, we may attempt to collect it again and contact you to resolve it. If payment is not recovered and the subscription is cancelled, paid access ends. Your free Court15 account remains available, subject to the website terms.

Membership benefits and insurance

Membership provides access to the benefits described in the offer you purchase. Individual benefits can have reasonable country, age, qualification, availability, booking or provider conditions. Relevant conditions are provided with the benefit. Partner services are also subject to the provider’s terms. Membership does not guarantee employment, leads, income, sponsorship, qualifications or accreditation.

The insurance premium is included only for eligible UK residents, subject to insurer eligibility and acceptance. Membership is available to non-UK residents and people who do not qualify for insurance at the same standard annual price of £150. There is no reduced membership price for ineligibility or non-use of this benefit.

Membership payment alone does not activate insurance cover. Cover applies only when the insurer accepts the application and confirms the policy and its start date. The policy documents govern insured activities, territory, limits, excesses, exclusions and cover dates, as well as claims and insurance complaints. Check these documents and your separate cover status before relying on insurance. Court15 membership status is not evidence of insurance cover.

Website services are discounted services paid for separately; they are not included in the annual membership fee. The applicable quote or service agreement sets out the work, charges and delivery arrangements before you buy. Any continuing hosting, maintenance or other separate service remains subject to its own agreement.

If a major membership benefit is withdrawn during a paid membership year, we will offer a comparable replacement. If none is available, you may cancel and receive a pro rata refund for the unused membership period. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Cancellation, refunds and your rights

You can stop automatic renewal through your membership account or by emailing hello@court15.com with the email address linked to your membership. Cancelling renewal preserves paid access until the end of the period already paid for. No further annual renewal payment will be due once cancellation takes effect.

We do not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee for a change of mind after any applicable statutory cancellation period. This does not affect rights to cancel, obtain a refund or another remedy under consumer law, including where a service is not supplied as agreed or a major benefit is withdrawn as described above.

If you buy as a consumer and UK distance-selling cancellation rights apply, you can cancel within 14 days after the day the contract is made, without giving a reason. Email or write to us at the contact details above with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, your name, account email and purchase date. You may use this wording: “I give notice that I cancel my Court15 Membership purchased on [date]. My name and account email are [details].” No particular form is required.

Where you expressly request service to begin during the cancellation period, a lawful proportionate charge may apply for service supplied before cancellation, but only where the legal conditions for that charge have been met. Merely accepting these terms does not waive your cancellation rights. Any separate loss of cancellation rights for digital content requires the consent and acknowledgement required by law. We will make any refund due following statutory cancellation within the applicable legal deadline, normally within 14 days of being told of your cancellation, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

If you buy mainly for business purposes, statutory consumer cancellation rights may not apply. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights available to you in your country of residence.

Early-list offer and prize-draw terms

UK-resident tennis and padel coaches aged 18 or over · Closes 30 November 2026 at 23:59 UK time (GMT) · No purchase necessary.

Promoter: C15 Sports Projects Ltd, company number 16734888, 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. Contact hello@court15.com.

Entry: Submit your name and a valid email address using the Court15 Membership early-list form by the closing time and accept these promotion terms. Entry is free, with one entry per person. Duplicate entries do not improve your chances. Entries already received through this campaign remain included if eligible. People directly involved in administering the draw and their immediate households are excluded. We may reasonably verify age, UK residence and coaching eligibility. Automated, fraudulent or ineligible entries are excluded.

Prize: One winner will receive tennis or padel equipment with a total cost of up to £200. Court15 will offer different available equipment options and agree the selection with the winner according to what they need most. The prize is supplied at no charge to the winner. It is not transferable, there is no cash alternative, and any difference between the agreed equipment’s cost and £200 is not paid in cash or credit.

Selection and notification: We will select one winner from all eligible entries by a verifiably random draw and email them at their entry address by 7 December 2026. The winner must reply within seven days of notification and provide the information reasonably needed to confirm eligibility and arrange delivery. If the winner is ineligible, declines or does not claim in time, we may use the same random process to select a replacement.

Fulfilment: We will agree suitable equipment options with the winner and arrange delivery to their UK address within 30 days of a valid claim. If an agreed item becomes unavailable, we will agree a suitable alternative within the £200 total prize budget. The winner will not be asked to pay to claim or receive the prize.

10% first-year membership offer: Eligible early-list entrants reserve a personal 10% discount on their first annual Court15 Membership: £135 for the first year instead of £150. Membership is optional and purchased separately when available. It renews annually at the standard £150 price unless cancelled, subject to any properly notified future price change. Use the email address supplied on the early list; contact us from that address if you need help claiming your offer. One discounted first-year membership per eligible person. The discount has no cash value and cannot be transferred or combined with another membership discount.

Email choices: Marketing consent is optional and does not affect eligibility for the discount or the draw, or the chance of winning. We may contact you as needed to administer your entry, offer or prize, including a winner notification. General membership news and promotional emails are sent only according to your marketing choices. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Winner information: We will make the winner’s surname and county available on request to demonstrate that the prize was awarded. You can object to this disclosure or ask us to limit it by emailing us when entering or when notified. We respect that request, although we may still need to supply the information to the Advertising Standards Authority. Publicity, a photograph or a testimonial is not a condition of receiving the prize. See our Privacy Policy for how entry and winner information is used.

We will administer the promotion fairly and honour valid entries. We will change or cancel it only where unavoidable circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary, and will communicate the change and take reasonable steps to avoid disadvantaging entrants. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected.
