Who we are

Last updated: 23 October 2026

C15 Sports Projects Ltd is the controller of personal information used to operate Court15.com, its accounts, directory, membership and promotions. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16734888, at 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. Contact hello@court15.com.

This notice explains our use of personal information and your choices. It does not ask you to consent to every use described below. The relevant lawful basis depends on the purpose.

Information we collect and why

  • Accounts and profiles: name, email, login credentials, contact details and content you submit, including coaching information, photographs and listings. We use these to create and manage the account and publish the profile you request, under our contract with you or to take steps you request before that contract.
  • Enquiries and support: correspondence and information needed to answer questions, resolve complaints and manage requested services. We rely on our contract or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and resolving issues.
  • Payments and membership: billing details, transaction references, payment and subscription status, membership dates, discounts, terms acceptance and cancellation records. We use these to administer the membership contract and comply with accounting and legal obligations. Payment providers, including Stripe where used at checkout, process payment details under their own privacy notices.
  • Website operation and security: IP address, device and browser information, technical logs and usage information. We use necessary technical information for our legitimate interests in maintaining a secure, reliable website and preventing fraud. Optional tracking and marketing technologies require consent where the law requires it.
  • Legal and regulatory matters: records needed to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. For claims and fraud prevention we rely on our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.

Information needed to fulfil a requested service or check promotion eligibility is identified when collected. If you do not provide it, we may be unable to supply that service or validate the entry. Optional marketing choices are separate.

Membership, the early list and prize draws

For the Court15 Membership early list, we collect your name, email address, eligibility confirmation, acceptance of the promotion terms, campaign and terms-version information and your optional email preference. We use this to record and administer your requested entry and first-year offer, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, select and contact the winner and keep evidence that the promotion was run fairly. Administration is necessary to perform the promotion terms; proportionate fraud prevention and audit records support our legitimate interests in fair administration.

We contact entrants when needed to administer their entry, discount or prize. General launch updates and membership marketing are optional and rely on your consent. Leaving the marketing box unchecked, or later unsubscribing, does not affect the reserved offer, draw eligibility or your chance of winning. You can withdraw marketing consent using the unsubscribe link in our marketing emails or by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

For a winner, we may request information to verify age, UK residence and coaching eligibility, equipment preferences and a delivery address. We share only the information needed with an equipment supplier or delivery provider to fulfil the agreed prize. We may disclose the winner’s surname and county to demonstrate that a valid award took place, as described in the promotion terms, relying on our legitimate interest in transparent promotion administration. You can object to that disclosure or ask for it to be limited. Information may still need to be supplied to the Advertising Standards Authority. Photographs, testimonials and other publicity require a separate choice and are not a condition of winning.

For paid members, we use account and subscription information to provide access, manage renewals and cancellations, send service notices and administer requested benefits. Service messages such as payment, renewal, access or cancellation information are separate from optional marketing.

Where you request an insurance or other partner benefit, only the information necessary for that request is used or passed to the relevant provider. The provider’s identity, requirements and privacy information will be supplied at that stage. Do not put medical, insurance-application or other sensitive information into the general early-list form. Insurance providers may act as independent controllers for their applications, policies and claims.

Who receives information

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers for hosting, website administration, security, communication, payment processing and, where applicable, analytics. They receive only information needed for their role. Benefit providers, prize suppliers and delivery providers receive the information needed for a service you request. Independent providers may use information under their own privacy notices.

We may disclose information to professional advisers, authorities or regulators where needed for legal obligations or claims, and to a prospective or actual business successor with appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards. Signing up to Court15 does not give unrelated organisations permission to send you marketing.

Some service providers may process information outside the UK or EEA. Where a restricted international transfer occurs, we use the safeguards required by applicable law, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as needed for its purpose, taking account of legal obligations and disputes:

  • Account and profile information is kept while needed to operate your account, and then for any necessary closure, security or legal purposes.
  • Early-list and draw records are kept while needed to administer the offer, select and fulfil the prize, verify fair administration and resolve related complaints. Records no longer needed for these purposes are deleted or anonymised.
  • Membership, payment and cancellation records are retained as required for the contract, accounting, tax, audit and legal claims.
  • Marketing information is kept while your consent remains valid. After you unsubscribe, we may retain a minimal suppression record to respect that choice.
  • Technical and support records are kept according to security needs, the nature of the enquiry and any applicable legal retention period.

The applicable period depends on the record and purpose; we do not keep all information indefinitely.

Public profiles, cookies and security

Information you choose to put in a public Court15 profile or other public submission is visible to others and may appear in search engines. Avoid publishing private information or someone else’s personal details without permission. Contact us if you need help correcting or removing your information.

Necessary cookies support functions such as login, security and preferences. Analytics or advertising cookies may be used only in accordance with applicable consent requirements. Court15 accounts and paid membership are for people aged 18 or over. If you believe a child has submitted personal information without appropriate authority, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Your rights and contact

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you can request access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or transfer of your data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in data-protection law.
